Mindfulness means maintaining a moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations and surrounding environment.

This training session will introduce you to Mindfulness, giving you practices that cultivate positive states of mind like gratitude, kindness, joy and compassion that you can pass on to your families.
